Cork, Ireland’s second-largest city, is a vibrant cultural hub known for its historic architecture, lively arts scene, and picturesque setting along the River Lee.
We were brought on board to deliver a new wayfinding system for the city, helping to inform and assist tourists and visitors. Working with the client’s design team, we created a bespoke family of wayfinding totems and fingerpost signage, designed for ease of updating as the city continues to evolve.
A key part of the project involved ensuring that there was no damage to any areas of historic significance during the installation period on site.
This signage network helps visitors and residents alike to actively engage with their surroundings, encourages them to spend more time discovering the city and its many visitor attractions
