As a dual-branded property, this unique hotel combines the playful Moxy vibe with the extended-stay convenience of Marriott’s Residence Inn
We were chosen to deliver the external signage and branding for both the Moxy and Residence Inn areas of the Hotel.
The Residence Inn branding featured built up lettering with internally mounted face lighting, offering an simple and stylish brand solution.
For the Moxy brand, we created the bespoke curved canopy at the entrance to the building, integrating the illuminated brand logo.
The Moxy brand also appears at high level on two elevations - offering strong brand visibility from long distance.
