1 Spinningfields is a state-of-the-art 92 metre office tower set in the heart of Manchester City Centre’s commercial district, over 260,000 square feet of office accommodation. Ascot designed, manufactured and installed a variety of bespoke signage and architectural features for this landmark development.
Externally these include the distinctive entrance totems with the building name and key directional information. Ascot also provided bespoke wind-break totems with perforated pattern, all of which are finished with a beautiful bronze anodising process.
High-specification custom-designed directional signs are provided internally, along with perforated privacy screens to some of the glazed elevations. All of these elements fully compliment the key architectural features of the building.
