Located in Islington - at the heart of central London’s fast-growing design district - the JJ Mack Building at 33 Charterhouse Street offers over 205,000 sq ft of prestige office space in one of the capital’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
Ascot worked closely with the design team to develop an effective wayfinding system in keeping with the project’s high standards of design and refinement.
To highlight the building entrance, Ascot created a linear array of projecting signage, incorporating warm white illumination to both the through-cut faces and a halo glow to rear.
Internally, the use of simplicity, fine stroke width typeface and a monochrome design philosophy result in a stylish wayfinding scheme that aids user navigation while blending coherently with the interior design, feature walls and quality finishes used throughout.
