Our Management Team
Alan has worked in the signage industry for 15+ years, and as Operations Director he is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of our projects nationwide. He provides strategic input to all elements of design, manufacture and installation – in particular for our most technically challenging assignments. Alan is passionate about on-time delivery, has a keen eye for detail and is insistent that every project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
As one of the original company founders, Andrew has overseen a lot of progressive changes as the organisation has evolved. He is truly dedicated to the core values of integrity and quality, and these features underpin the culture of the entire organisation.
Garth has had close involvement with strategic decision-making and business development for over 20 years, leading the team through strength of character and a visionary plan for growth. He is passionate about culture, quality and successful project delivery. Garth provides both strategic and hands-on input to the most complex and challenging of bespoke projects, inspiring the team with his Can-Do attitude and keen sense of humour.
Joe brings a wealth of wisdom and experience into our boardroom. His top-level experience in industrial manufacturing and public sector financial management is much valued. He constantly strives to produce highly accurate and timely financial reports, and is a true professional at all times. He is an ambassador of the company ethos of integrity and honesty.
Laurence leads the Sales team from the front, with 20+ years of experience in project sales and business development. He is responsible for implementing effective strategies that have proved key to sustainable growth. His strong commercial ability alongside a dedication to achieving best value for our clients make him a key contributor to successful outcomes on even the most challenging of projects.
Roger has 20+ years of experience in the signage industry, and currently heads up the Production Department. His depth of product knowledge, coupled with his energy and drive make him a key member of the Management team. Roger’s strong belief in the company culture is always evident.
Business Development Director
Terry is highly focused on client and project requirements, and his creativity combined with a depth of product knowledge lie behind many successful project outcomes and enduring partnerships. Along with this he implements change and develops marketing strategy for the business.
